Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description Perillo Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, clear communication, and support throughout the vehicle repair process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on vehicle repair status. • Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers. • Process repair orders, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. • Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. • Uphold Perillo Collision Center’s commitment to quality service and customer care. Qualifications • Required: • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or collision repair setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with basic computer systems and software (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office). • Preferred: • Experience in a collision center or automotive dealership. • Familiarity with insurance claims processes and automotive repair terminology. • Bilingual skills are a plus.
