DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENATIVE: As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth as well as book service appointments and promote customer satisfaction, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
