What You’ll Do • Process Orders: • Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels. • Accuracy Review: • Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness. • Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information. • Warehouse Collaboration: • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. • Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage. • Communication Handling: • Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently. • Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner. • Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: • Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies. • Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction. • Team Collaboration: • Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed. What You Bring to the Pak • Experience: • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. • Skills: • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word). • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
