Servicing Prosis hiring aCustomer Service Specialistto join our growing team. We're looking for someone detail-driven, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced and highly specialized industry.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with loan servicing: payment posting, investor reporting, escrow tracking, insurance follow-up
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions and build trust
• Prepare fund and investor reports with accuracy and consistency
• Identify process improvements and take initiative to implement them
• Stay organized while juggling priorities and managing details in a deadline-driven environment
Who You Are
• Aself-starterwho follows through and takes pride in doing things right
• Naturallysolution-oriented—you ask why, not just how
• Professional communicator who thrives in a team-focused environment
• Comfortable with Excel and adaptable to systems (QuickBooks or loan servicing software is a plus)
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, private lending, or fund accounting
We’re a small team, and we need someone ready to learnthe full private lending lifecycle—from loan origination to servicing to payoff. That includesclient communications, system updates, investor logic, and even taking out the trash(yes, even our founder does that).
We don’t want data entry clerks—we want smart, logical, curious people who treat the business like it’s their own.
