Job Summary Provides general follow up and dedicated customer service on the export documentation belonging to the assigned accounts according to customer’s requirements and MSC’s policies. Facilitates the approach between clients and MSC USA, acting as a first point of contact for any inquiry related to Export Documentation. Key Responsibilities • Communicates clearly with team members regarding workload, customer particulars, and problems. • Liaises between data entry teams and customers to ensure missing information is received and customer’s requirements are understood via Standard Operating Procedures. • Provides shipment details and bills of lading to customers when requested. • Communicates with overseas agencies to ensure corrections can be applied and cargo is available for release. • Updates bills of lading according to customer’s requests with little to no errors generated. • Performs other duties as required.
