This position is located in our main location close to The Domain and the Q2 Stadium. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming phone calls, emails and texts with a smile! • Assist customers with scheduling, order updates, and general inquiries • Communicate with our installers, warehouse, and sales team to keep jobs running smoothly • Follow up on open items to ensure customer satisfaction • Enter customer notes and updates in our system accurately • Help troubleshoot minor customer issues and escalate larger concerns as needed • Keep things organized—whether it's paperwork, schedules, or follow-ups • Be a team player—jumping in where needed to help things run like a well-oiled machine If you’re the kind of person who loves solving problems, keeping things organized, and bringing a little joy to the daily grind—we can’t wait to hear from you!
