Our people make the difference! 5355 Shawland Road Jacksonville, Florida 32254 904-354-5413 • Follow standard work processes for CSRs. • CSRs handles incoming calls, quotations and work order entry into FeneVision for Flat Glass products. Up to 50 quotes or work orders entered daily. • Over-all customer service for FGD – face of the company. • Assist pick-up customers with paperwork and collection of glass products. • Internal sales touch point for assigned accounts for FGD. • Assist customers with status of their order as required. Coordinate with production floor and truck drivers on deliveries. • Previous glass knowledge a very big plus. • Office position and no actual handling of glass. • NOT a remote position. Full-time position, benefit plans available 1st day month following hire, paid holiday and vacation, 401k and match (after 1 year)
