Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments. • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain an organized office environment while performing administrative tasks as needed. • Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and follow-up. • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery. Skills • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proficient in cash handling and basic financial transactions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. • Familiarity with office equipment and software applications for efficient task management. • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers. • Knowledge of phone etiquette to create a positive impression during calls.
