Customer Service Representative - Bold City Heating and Air. Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM | $20-$25 per hour (based on experience). Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-orientedCustomer Service Representative (CSR)to join our team. You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls, booking appointments, and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.
