The Role: As aFace-to-Face Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline of some of the most exciting brands in New York. This isn’t a call center job or desk position — it’s a hands-on, in-person role that puts you in the middle of NYC’s most dynamic campaigns, events, and client experiences.
