Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer in their industry, is currently seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join their vibrant office just outside Chicago, IL. Job Function: • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries related to orders and supply chain management. • Collaborate with sales teams, clients, internal supply chain departments, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful order fulfillment. • Manage order processing and tracking to meet client needs and deadlines. • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under pressure. Job Requirements: • Needs to have a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Front, SugarCRM, and Power BI.
