Customer Service Representative (Remote Option – $17/hr) Location: South Ozone Park Ny Pay Rate:$17.00/hour Schedule:Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Shifts may range from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM Integrated Staffing is currently hiringCustomer Service Representativesto join the growing Customer Service Team of our New Jersey-area client. This role requires experienced professionals who can deliver top-tier service across phone, email, live chat, and fax platforms. As a CSR, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accounts, and supporting wagering operations with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer inquiries, disputes, and cancellation requests via phone, live chat, and email • Create and maintain wagering accounts • Process various financial transactions • Identify financial, fraud, or risk concerns on customer accounts • Maintain both digital and physical customer records • Generate reports as needed • Report hardware/software issues to the service desk • Provide support to internal teams, partners, customers, and vendors • Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or technical certification required • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts (9 AM – 12 AM) • Must be available for occasional onsite work • Must obtain a license, which will be reimbursed after 30 days of employment.
