Job Description
Our team is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the AT&T campaign, helping customers stay connected through powerful and affordable wireless solutions. In this role, you’ll provide personalized customer service while introducing new products, assisting with accounts, and making an impact through every conversation.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a performance-driven team focused on sales, service, and real-time support. Whether you're assisting a customer with a new phone plan, explaining service upgrades, or resolving account questions, you'll be a vital part of delivering the trusted AT&T experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with wireless and internet products offered through the AT&T network
• Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Educate customers on current AT&T promotions, wireless plans, and product features
• Help customers complete activations, upgrades, and new account enrollments
• Resolve service-related questions and account issues professionally and efficiently
• Track customer interactions, update service records, and report customer trends
• Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales team to meet daily goals
• Represent AT&T with confidence, clarity, and a customer-first mindset
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• A natural ability to solve problems and provide helpful solutions
• Interest in telecommunications, wireless services, or customer support
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow in sales, service, or account management
• Experience in customer service, sales, or telecom is a plus—but not required
• Ability to adapt to customer needs and deliver a positive experience consistently
