From guiding a customer through setup to solving billing hiccups, you’ll make every interaction feel smooth, friendly, and positive. What You’ll Be Doing: • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat—quickly, clearly, and kindly. • Understanding customer needs and offering helpful, accurate solutions. • Escalating complex issues when necessary, while keeping customers in the loop. • Making proactive outbound calls to follow up on service and gather feedback. • Logging all customer interactions with precision in our internal system. • Collaborating with teammates to keep everything running like clockwork. • Jumping in to support customer-focused projects and initiatives. What You Bring to the Table: • Experience in a customer service role (call center or office experience is a plus). • Solid typing skills and confidence using multiple software systems at once. • A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet. • Top-notch communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and approachable. • A cool, calm, and collected attitude—even on the busiest days. • Team spirit and a genuine desire to help people.
