Customer Service Representative/Team Associate/Inside Sales We are a local Jewelry Store in SW Austin that is looking to hire a Team Associate. We are looking for a person with great communication and multi-tasking sills, basic office equipment knowledge, prior POS in retail setting and can give excellent customer service. This position would require working Saturdays and it is 29.5 hours a week part time position with potential to become full time, between Wednesday - Saturday. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Present and sell company products new and existing customers - Prospect and contact potential customers - Take in Jewelry and Watch service tickets for repair of the items - Light cleaning around the showroom and store Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other Jewelry related fields - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Dependable with prior experience with repair POS systems (we use the Edge POS) - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and build a rapport with customers.
