Job Summary Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for our Radiology Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full Time Day shift opportunity working Monday - Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm. This position is primarily located in the Emergency Department Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with other CSRs. Customer Service Representatives exhibit good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers. Customer Service Representatives provide assistance in collaboration with all healthcare providers and patients. Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
