Job Description

We are Fix Devices, a growing company with more than 20 years of experience in the repair market. We know what we do. We are looking for a person with excellent customer service to work in our cell phone and computer repair shop, among others. Main functions: -Bilingual -Exceptional customer service and sales in our physical store -Provide quotes to our clients via phone calls or social media -Be proactive -Make posts and manage our social media -Inventory management - Keep the workplace clean, among other daily tasks If you want to earn much more than your salary, this is your opportunity. Our pay is hourly and commission for daily sales. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 39 per week Experience: • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) Language: • Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78757 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Austin, TX 78757: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
