Job Description

OMS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a high walk-in and call volume management office. The Customer Service Representative is the prime point of contact for many of our owners, visitors, and vendors. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling calls / walk-ins, questions, and other duties related to community issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle all incoming calls and walk-ins, note owner accounts, directly handle initial questions involving community related issues. • Process forms, responses, and other correspondence received. • Provide overflow services to other departments and job functions as necessary QUALIFICATIONS • Self-motivated, outgoing, detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. • Ability to read, write, and orally communicate clearly in English. Multiple language fluency would be desirable. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Strong abilities with computers are required (including Word, Outlook, and Excel). • Proven working experience in similar roles. • Professional appearance. • Experience working in common-interest communities in Nevada. • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure. • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals when they are concerned, agitated, and/or displeased. • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
