The primary function of this position is: • To provide outstanding Customer Service while answering phones to assist our clients with scheduling appointments to provide service to their homes in a timely and efficient manner. • To provide clients with follow up calls to make sure they were fully satisfied with the service provided. Work within our team to dispatch all service calls to technicians in an efficient manner. • Significant phone work and client contact is involved.
