Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a team player with great customer service skills and an outstanding attitude who is a dependable, compassionate self-starter. Starting $18 - $20 JOB DUTIES: • Answering high volume phone calls • Responding to email orders/online requests • Coordinating deliveries and pick-ups with families, caregivers and nurses. • Filing, scanning, faxing and other miscellaneous admin duties REQUIREMENTS: • High School diploma or equivalent • Must be available to work 9am-6pm shift M-F and 2 Saturdays per month (with a day off during the week) • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment • Organization and strong attention to detail • Work well with others as a team player • Experience in the field is a plus but not required • We maintain a drug free environment • 30+ WPM SCHEDULE: • M-F 9-6 Two Saturdays a month required. (Saturday shift is 8-4:30 or 7-3:30 based on department needs) After 6+ months, you maybe asked to work a Sunday 8-4:30 based on department needs. If you are scheduled on the weekend, you will be assigned a day off during the week.
