You will be providing the BlvdHome Experience to our guests by completing their shopping experience in an attentive and efficient manner. Your main responsibility is to engage with our guests by providing information about our services and merchandise. Skills Needed: • Strong communication and customer service skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will interact with guests and team members, handle purchases, answer questions, and provide a positive shopping experience. Maintaining knowledge of current promotions is also important to assist guests effectively. Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred but not required. • Clerical/Cashier skills: You will be responsible for writing sales and processing payments. • Computer proficiency: To succeed in this position you must have strong computer skills including typing skills, especially with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Calendar. As well as being able to learn other programs quickly such as Paylocity, Discord and our Sales/Inventory system NetSuite. • Teamwork and reliability: We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Travel: Occasional travel to our Cedar City and Mesquite locations to support other Guest Services team members will be required. A valid driver's license is necessary, and personal transportation may be needed if a company vehicle is unavailable. • Customer data privacy: We manage and safeguard sensitive customer information every day—whether it's financial records, personal details, or other confidential data. Ensuring this information is handled securely, responsibly, and in full compliance with privacy regulations is one of our core commitments • Lending/Collecting experience: Experience in lending and/or collecting is preferred but not required. You should be able to identify and discuss guests' financial needs, maintain knowledge of our finance options, and patiently explain these options and statements to guests over the phone and in person. BlvdHome is a drug-free workplace and all team members will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test. Schedule: This is a full-time position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with an 8-hour shift between 10am and 8pm Monday through Saturday. Will have Sundays and one day off during the week. Salary: Starting pay is $17 per hour.
