Customer Service Representative/Clerical

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative with our client located in the Chicago, IL area.This is a 90-day, in-office assignment to cover a leave of absence. As a member of our client’s team, you will support theirpersonal lines insurance division, assisting with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks. This is a 100% in-office position, and candidates should be prepared forin-person interviews. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with policy-related inquiries • Process personal lines policy changes and updates • Provide support with daily clerical tasks such as organizing mail and data entry • Assist team members with various customer service and administrative duties as needed • Maintain organized and accurate client documentation Experience • Minimum of1 year of experienceas aCustomer Service Representativein the Property & Casualty and Workers’ Compensation insurance industry (Experience may come from an insurance carrier, broker, agency, or TPA) Education • A high school diploma or equivalent About Insurance Placement Solutions IPS is an insurance staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the insurance industry, including customer service jobs.
