• Assist customers with navigation support, road-side assistance, and emergency calls.
• Educate our members on the benefits of their products and services.
• Greet and handle multiple types of calls from members, dealers, etc. in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance and upselling subscriptions.
• Have the ability to simultaneously think, talk and type well in a high call volume environment.

communication, and passion will help you excel in this role. Has program required basic skill set to perform routine tasks within simple processes but lacking program/product specific knowledge. Works with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. Starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards and procedures. Commission based on meeting and sustaining metric performance levels.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:
- High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1 year of customer service experience (e.g. retail, restaurant and or call center experience) with at least one year's experience with one employer preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Good writing and typing skills.
- Must be available to work, Monday through Sunday, ANY 8-hour shift 24/7.
- Dependable and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed.
- Attend every day of the training.
- Job requirements may vary by country and will not contravene any local laws
