Customer Service Rep/Warehouse

Luxor Staffing is hiring Customer Service Rep paying $15 per hour. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or client services is required. • Bilingualin Spanish preferred, but not required. • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. • Ability to handle outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support. • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required. #IND456 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
