Customer Service & Sales Associate

Job Summary About the role Blend in-shop client service with external outreach and basic marketing. You’ll uphold a high standard of service and help drive growth. Key responsibilities • Guide clients through custom framing: design, quoting, and intake • Answer phones, manage estimates, schedule pickups, and follow up on completed work • Oversee check-in, labeling, and storage of artwork and materials • Coordinate art handling and outsourced production services • Maintain frame samples and keep the front-of-house clean and organized • Manage and update social media, Google Business profile, and website content • Build relationships with new clients, including interior designers and trade partners • Schedule and attend occasional offsite meetings or drop-ins • Support marketing and outreach strategies • Promote high-value framing upgrades with signage and client education • Track outreach activity and assist with simple CRM updates Qualifications • Friendly, confident communicator in person, by phone, and over email • Strong organization and attention to detail • Background in art, design, retail, or marketing is helpful but not required • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with light shop work • Self-directed, reliable, and proactive Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Education in the Arts or Working in the Arts: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78702 (Required) Work Location: In person
