As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship to build skills in consultative sales and customer support. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between our brand and the community—engaging with individuals at local events to provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience. You’ll gain valuable expertise in relationship management, troubleshooting, and outreach while helping connect people to essential wireless solutions.
Role Requirements for a Customer Service Representative
• Proactively engage with potential customers at community events and field locations to promote access to affordable wireless services
• Manage the full sales and enrollment process, including eligibility checks, application completion, and device setup
• Provide post-enrollment support by assisting with basic troubleshooting and answering service-related questions
• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for new and returning customers, helping them maximize program benefits
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals while delivering high-quality customer interactions
• Uphold company standards by ensuring all sales and service activities are performed with integrity and compliance
• Accurately record customer information and sales activity using CRM tools and mobile applications
• Foster a collaborative team environment by participating in daily meetings and sharing best practices

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Customer Service & Sales Representative
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Up to two years of experience in a customer service, sales, or public-facing role with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and comfortable with new CRM or database systems.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A naturally patient and empathetic personality who enjoys helping others and can remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, collaborative, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
