Our US team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our Helpware team.
Training Location: Onsite Mount Sterling KY
Pay: $16.50-$17.50 (based on schedule)
Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team assisting our Client, the leading global bedding provider! As a key player, you'll contribute to our award-winning success in delivering groundbreaking sleep solutions to customers across 100+ countries. We're on the lookout for tech-savvy individuals with exceptional phone skills to join our passionate customer support team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll create personalized and memorable experiences for our valued clients. Your role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring top-notch service. If you're a computer-savvy individual with a knack for building relationships and exceeding performance goals, we want you on board.
Duties:
- Manage inbound and/or outbound calls with finesse
- Engage customers using various communication scripts
- Identify and address customer needs, providing effective solutions
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- Organize and keep records of all customer interactions
- Develop in-depth product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed established KPIs and performance goals
- Respond promptly to customer needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Utilize cutting-edge tools and applications for efficient customer support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of BPO and Sales experience, preferably in customer service
- Proficient in using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a business context
- Enjoy working with people, solving problems, and adapting to challenges
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule with a commitment to a 40-hour work week and shifting schedules
- Familiarity with consumer apps and shopping experience
- Quick thinker with a courteous demeanor
