We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in San Diego , CA . This role focuses on providing friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
Essential Functions:
Provides friendly and efficient customer service to assigned bank customers.
Performs set-up and maintenance of customer accounts.
Receives, researches and resolves customer issues.
Serves as liaison between assigned department and other areas of the bank to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned.
Schedule:Monday – Friday , 8am - 5pm
Qualifications:
Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 4 years of related customer service experience.
Full application of customer service techniques and practices.
Knowledge of operational procedures of the assigned department.
Working knowledge of Word and Excel software.
