ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager who will play a pivotal role in our plant's core leadership team, responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing legendary Customer service to our clients for our state-of-the-art Corrugated Sheet and Box facility. Key Responsibilities: "On-Site" β€’ Supervises a team of Customer Service Representatives and the daily operations of the area. β€’ Communicates pricing, product information, shipping dates, and other appropriate order information to customers to ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Collects information and creates reports as required. β€’ Addresses escalated and more complex level issues with customers. β€’ Communicates goals and objectives, applies company policy, staffs, trains, coaches, recommends salary increases, administers discipline, ensures positive employee relations, and reviews the performance of colleagues. β€’ May oversee or interface with scheduling, shipping/receiving, or other departments β€’ May prepare quotation packets and price lists. β€’ Hires and trains new Customer Service Coordinators. β€’ Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service operations and makes recommendations to the appropriate staff. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience β€’ Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills β€’ Good supervision, problem-solving, and planning skills. β€’ Advanced knowledge of the products.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills β€’ - verbal, written and presentation. β€’ Must be able to work as part of a team and motivate others. β€’ Fundamental understanding of computer operations and software. β€’ Solid product line knowledge. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $90,000.00 to $95,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
