We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring each sales interaction is positive and productive. As a Customer Service Trainee, you will support clients by answering sales questions, addressing concerns, and helping them navigate our services. Customer Service Trainee Responsibilities:
• As a Customer Service Trainee, provide outstanding face-to-face service to clients, clearly communicating product and service information.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and sales concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience throughout the entire engagement process.
• Gather client feedback and share insights that support continuous improvement of services and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and sales transactions.
• Help clients understand how our consulting services can support their business goals.
• Stay updated on current service offerings and changes to better assist clients as a Customer Service Trainee.
Customer Service Trainee Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, client support, or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with a customer-first mindset.
• Positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent client experiences as a Customer Service Trainee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
