Customer Success Associate Starting at $27/hour We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focusedCustomer Success Associateto support and guide clients throughout their journey with us. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers get the most out of their experience. While previous experience in customer success, account support, or help desk roles is a plus, we value strong communication skills, organization, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email • Help customers resolve issues related to account access, services, and basic technical support • Log and manage support requests using systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms • Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, and Technical Support—to address customer needs and ensure prompt resolution • Escalate complex challenges as needed while keeping the customer informed throughout the process • Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to improve products, services, or documentation • Track progress and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure • Advocate for the customer internally, sharing feedback that drives product and service improvements What You Bring: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach • Ability to learn and use various software tools and platforms comfortably • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Capable of multitasking and staying organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in helping customers succeed
