Customer Success Representative
Xyleme is seeking an Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be exposed to different areas of the organization and become a product and industry expert. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to pursue your interests and competencies in various areas of the organization including customer account management and software implementation services.Â
Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Build & maintain relationships with customersÂ
- Maintain high-volume email correspondence Â
- Develop product, company and industry expertiseÂ
- Deliver support via email, phone, video conference, and through documentation of solutions using case management software Â
- Provide troubleshooting, coordination, issue resolution and follow-up related to cases submitted by our customersÂ
- Participate in customer training sessionsÂ
- Review, update and maintain customer account recordsÂ
- Maintain open lines of communication with Customer Success, Product and Sales to ensure the customer voice is heard throughout the organization Â
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed Â

CompensationÂ
- Salary: $40,500Â Â
You will be eligible for up to $10,000 annual salary increase through successfully completing the training program over your first six months of employment.Â
