Job Description
We are seeking to bring on a Customer Success Representative who enjoys working with customers, making people’s lives easier and interested in learning more about telecommunications services.
Our company strives to create an environment where Customer Success Representatives can thrive by making a meaningful impact with customers. As a Customer Success Representative, your main goal will be to ensure customers are delighted with our telecommunications services ranging from wireless, internet, tv streaming and more. The Customer Success Representative will not only work closely with customers but also with businesses and business owners to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide the best solutions tailored to their needs.The Customer Success Representative is someone who is responsible for demonstrating AT&T products and services with professionalism and is excited about new advancements in telecom.
Customer Success Representative Responsibilities:
• Interact with businesses and customers to demonstrate AT&T’s services and products, providing a personal touch that builds lasting relationships
• Assist in sales by presenting and promoting our telecommunications services, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs
• Aim to help customers and businesses understand the full potential of the telecommunications services we offer and available in their area so that they receive the most value daily
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations and exceed targets as a Customer Success Representative
• Assist in the upselling of additional services to enhance the customer’s experience and loyalty
• Help businesses navigate any challenges they might face after purchasing our telecommunications services such as installation or delivery
• Be a trusted customer resource, delivering on promises and ensuring a smooth experience every time
Customer Success Representative Skills:
• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional telecommunication service
• Bilingual is a bonus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions quickly and efficiently.
• A team player mentality, collaborating with both customers and colleagues.
• A customer-centric attitude that puts the needs and happiness of our customers first.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,150.00 per week
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
