Job Description
We’re looking for aCustomer Success Representativewho’s passionate about helping customers succeed and get lasting value from our product or service. You don’t need years of experience—what matters most is that you’re a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who builds trust through every interaction.
Salary starts at $29 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
•
Support customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
•
Proactively assist with onboarding, setup, and common use cases
•
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed, ensuring timely resolution
•
Track and document all interactions in our CRM or support tools (e.g. Zendesk)
•
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued success
•
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product feedback and improve the customer journey
•
Help identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and product adoption
Requirements:

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms
•
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple conversations
