What Youβll Do
β Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from onboarding to expansion to
ensure successful adoption and measurable value.
β Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement, uncover new use
cases, and influence long-term retention.
β Collaborate cross-functionally as the voice of the customer, providing actionable
feedback to Sales, Product, and Engineering.
β Monitor account health, track success metrics, and proactively address risks using
Customer Success tools.
β Mentor and support peers to strengthen the overall customer experience function.
What Weβre Looking For
β A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with data technologies and cloud
technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration in at
least one of the three major cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP).(e.g., cloud
networking, data and compute assets, IAM and permissions, etc.).
β Previous experience in a technical sales role, such as Customer Success, Sales
Engineering, or Solutions Architect, in the areas of data security, DLP (Data Loss
Prevention and DSPM/CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management)
β Proficiency in programming or scripting languages, as well as familiarity with APIs and
web services.
β Strong SQL skills, experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on
experience with Terraform
β A solid understanding of data storage types, relational databases, and data stores of
every kind, structured |unstructured
β Fundamental cloud network and database experience.
β Results-oriented mindset and the ability to excel in a hyper-growth startup environment.
β Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role within a software company and
ability to manage customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
β Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex challenges into
manageable parts and effectively communicating problem statements and solutions to
others.
β Self-motivated and capable of working independently, tackling complex problems, and
completing tasks with limited documentation.
