As a Customer Supply Chain Manager, you'll manage the product transitions between Nestle Purina Pet Care and the customer, building relationships that enhance Nestle Purina's influence internally and externally. Come prepared to work collaboratively with the Customer, Customer Supply Chain team, Order Revenue Management team, Sales and Corporate Logistics on customer priority initiatives that optimize service, inventory, and cost for the total value chain. You'll use your expertise to maintain strong performance measures across multiple areas including volume, share, and supply chain key performance indicators (on-time, in-stock, fill rate, damaged-free / load integrity, deductions, unsaleables, and customer monitor/CSI). This role is focused on store retailers and .com retailers which will include identifying retail and eCommerce end-to-end supply chain efficiencies.
- Own communications with leadership internally and externally to leverage insights to drive business improvements.
- Lead Supply Chain priorities for the customer (store retailers and .com retailers) and Nestle Purina Pet Care that deliver cost effective efficiencies and joint business value.
- Facilitate integration, collaboration, and communication across customer, plant, and Order Revenue Management groups.
- Influence long-term internal and external Supply Chain planning and decisions to eliminate waste in the total Supply Chain.
- Run point on internal alignment and execution in achieving key Supply Chain metrics including On Time Ship, Fill Rate, and inventory management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years' progressive customer facing experience in supply chain or related role
