About the Customer Support Agent Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agent. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives on in-person interaction, enjoys helping others, and is hungry for growth. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the face of the AT&T brand, working directly with customers in your assigned territory. You’ll introduce them to cutting-edge wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions—all while building lasting relationships and developing valuable skills in communication, sales strategy, and leadership. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Agent: • Customer Success Agents interact with prospective customers in person through direct, territory-based outreach • Approach each customer professionally and respectfully to introduce AT&T’s services and build rapport through effective, engaging conversations. • Handle the entire sales cycle from introduction to close—ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for the customer. • Sales Associate’s track leads, completed sales, and follow-up appointments using digital tools and logs. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals related to customer outreach, conversions, and service upgrades. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and industry trends to stay competitive and credible. • Sales Associates share best practices with peers and contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture. • Manage your schedule and route efficiently to maximize customer interactions throughout the day. What We’re Looking For in a Customer Support Agent: • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly • Comfortable with in-person selling in a variety of environments • Sales Associates are driven, competitive, and motivated by goals and performance metrics • Organized and capable of managing your time and tasks independently • Receptive to coaching, adaptable to change, and hungry to learn Customer Support AgentOverview: This position is a full time employment position located in Austin, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working directly with customers. • Pay:100% commission-$100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. • Clients & Products:We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services • Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • On-the-job training • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
