Customer Support and Sales Associate- Entry Level

Our Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associate team is the engine behind our success, and we would not have seen the tremendous clients we have without their talents and dedication. We are seeking a people-centric individual to be the next new addition to our team of Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associate professionals. Each of our new Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associates starts by learning the basics of our company values and the clients we proudly represent. We encourage our Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associate team members to determine their paths to success as we provide them with the resources and information necessary to excel. Senior representatives help solidify these best practices by providing hands-on coaching, continually supporting long-term goals and exuberating quality customer and client service. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associate: • Work directly with consumers to target their needs and wants and recommend AT&T telecommunication services or sales promotions that will exceed their expectations • Learn all AT&T client product and service knowledge to be able to answer consumer questions, overturn objections, and close a sale if needed • Up-sell and recommend extra services that may benefit the consumer as well as increase sales margins for our clients • Handle all consumer interactions and sales orders with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm while maintaining compliance with client guidelines • Contribute ideas on how to better processes and increase customer retainment to sales management • Participate in client meetings and attend webinars to stay on top of client knowledge, customer acquisition, and company sales initiatives Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support and Sales Associate : • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience working as a customer service representative or in a sales environment • Ability to learn from others and work in a team-based environment • Enthusiastic and welcoming demeanor that will make any new customer feel comfortable • Reliable and always willing to go above and beyond • Team players with the ability to excel independently with little to no supervision • Someone who carries themselves professionally and can portray this to consumers and clients • Confident working through the challenges and finding solutions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
