**This is a commission-based position with performance-based bonuses. Top representatives are results-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with the public.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate:
β’ Participate in community outreach events (face-to-face with customers) to introduce wireless solutions that suit residents' needs.
β’ Build lasting relationships with customers in assigned areas by offering outstanding service and customized solutions.
β’ Proactively identify potential customers through strategic outreach and personalized sales efforts.
β’ Deliver engaging sales presentations, sharing product details and current offers.
β’ Guide clients through setting up new accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
β’ Work alongside senior team members to gain insight into client objectives, compliance guidelines, and best practices.
β’ Offer tailored solutions that maximize value for both the customer and the client.
What Weβre Looking For in a Customer Support Associate:
β’ 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building talents.
β’ Passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and making a difference through outreach.
β’ A self-starter attitude with the determination to exceed targets.
β’ Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Experience in the telecommunications or wireless sector is a bonus, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
