We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this Customer Support Associate role, it will involve working on behalf of AT&T and their customers. As a valued partner in the telecommunications industry, we focus our efforts on customer acquisitions, business sales and customer service solutions to continuously provide support. This Customer Support Associate position is ideal for individuals who thrive on daily interaction with new people and businesses, bring high energy and a passion for customer engagement.
The Customer Support Associate will present and sell a wide range of AT&T products and services to businesses in the area. This Customer Support Associate role will also involve being emphatic to customers needs and solution oriented to find them the best product that suits what their businesses are looking for. The Customer Support Associate will be professional and responsible for working with both new accounts while increasing and growing existing accounts. Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
• Work with business owners and customers to present services ensuring excellent customer service is provided
• Build connections through effective and professional communication that allow for trust between the customer and our company to foster
• Process all sales orders for business owners and follow through until the installation of their new service has arrived
• Work with the sales team daily to increase sales strategies and revenue
• Address and resolve customer inquiries with care and in a timely manner
• Develop product knowledge to confidently present and promote services to consumers by staying up to date on all features and benefits .
Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
• Prior working experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or related role
• Ability to communicate with customers and business owners effectively
• A proactive and solution focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges confidently
• A passion for sales and learning from other team members to further develop skills
• Experience working with technology or a basic understanding
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and be organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Work Location: On the road
