What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors, providing a welcoming and hospitable experience.
- Offer guidance on the site and local area, including directions to locations and parking areas.
- Address client inquiries and issues promptly, applying strong problem-solving skills for effective resolution.
- Support planning and execution of campus events, ensuring smooth coordination and support.
- Maintain professional communication via Salesforce and manage building signage and other communications.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager Team and assist colleagues during peak periods to promote a cooperative team environment.
