This a fully onsite role in Chicago, IL. Start Date:ASAP Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible) Location: onsite in River West, Chicago Duration: Direct Hire Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 salary, plus comprehensive benefits (this is not a commission-based role) Our client, a Chicago-based manufacturer, seeks a Customer Support Representative to join their team! This role will support all facets of customer interaction (inside sales) and work closely with the sales and manufacturing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Field all incoming calls and emails. • Answer questions and provide technical support. • Generate price quotes and job bids when needed. • Process incoming customer orders. • Work closely with the shop floor to meet delivery requirements. • Resolve any installation or after-sales issues. CANDIDATE PROFILE: • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field. • Experience in a technical sales environment. • Proficient in MS Office. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven track record of success in school and work environments. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and put the customer first. #INDHP City Staffing is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our business.
