Customer Support Trainee

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Trainee: • Provide customers with your full attention and engagement to offer personalized solutions that meet their internet needs and concerns • Promote and sell products and services that are higher speed and better for the customers needs to new and existing customers • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues, ensuring satisfaction with their new billing cycles • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity while interacting with customers • Process any sales orders and transactions for customers that are interested in switching services • Educate customers on the benefits of internet services and the future importance and impacts it can have Qualifications of the Customer Support Trainee: • Previous sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required) • Prior experience in a sales role is also a plus • Communication skills to explain energy services and solutions to customers • Self-motivated and driven to succeed • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused • Comfortable closing sales orders for customers • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: On the road
