As a growing sales and customer service team, we are seeking motivated individuals to join us as a Customer Team Member. In this role, you will guide customers through the enrollment process, present tailored wireless and fiber internet solutions, and ensure a seamless, positive experience every step of the way.
The Customer Team Member position is an entry-level role with no prior experience required. We provide full training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement into sales management, account executive, and leadership roles. Responsibilities of a Customer Team Member
β’ Engage directly with customers to present AT&T wireless, fiber internet, and home service options
β’ Support customers through account activations, plan upgrades, billing questions, and service changes
β’ Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and recommending the right solutions
β’ Build lasting client relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention
β’ Track customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity in an organized manner
β’ Work closely with teammates and management to meet daily and weekly sales performance goals
β’ Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training sessions to build product knowledge and leadership skills
Qualifications of a Customer Team Member
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required
β’ 1β2 years of customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
β’ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment
β’ Organized, reliable, and adaptable in both independent and team settings
β’ Eager to learn, grow, and advance into account management and leadership roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
