Customers & Suppliers Master Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customers & Suppliers Master Data Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely master data records for customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting cross-functional business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Create, update, and maintain customer and supplier master data records in the (SAP) ERP system • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all master data • Review and validate master data requests to meet compliance and data governance standards • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to collect and verify necessary information • Monitor and resolve data issues, discrepancies, and duplicate records • Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate and up-to-date master data documentation • Participate in process improvement initiatives related to master data management • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • Previous experience in master data management or a data-focused support role in a manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferred • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Why Join Sofidel America? • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement • A collaborative and supportive work environment focused on sustainability and innovation Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: Sofidel America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
