Job Description

Torch Technologies is looking to provide professional and relevant engineering and technical support to the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Product Office (PO) at Redstone Arsenal, AL and across the Globe.

Torch Technologies is seeking a Cyber Analyst professional to provide technical support in defense acquisition, with a focus on agile software development and digital engineering tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties. This position is in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of integrated master schedules, strategic roadmaps, and milestone and technical documentation for contract requirements packages and various contracting and acquisition strategies.
  • Executes program goals and work within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve these goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree; BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems preferred
  • Program Management Office experience desired.
  • Knowledge of software engineering design, development and management principles
  • Knowledge of computer hardware design, development and management principles
  • Knowledge and experience in agile software development and DevSecOps
  • Knowledge and experience in Model Based Systems Engineering
  • Knowledge of program management techniques (Cost, Schedule, and Performance)
  • Knowledge of the acquisition process including development, test and evaluation, contracting, production, and fielding
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Professional experience using Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
  • Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic team environment
  • Candidate must possess a proven ability to develop and provide reports to management
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Knowledge or practical experience of RMF and ability to apply the NIST controls and policies and STIGs to the system design and implementation
  • Familiarity with the DoD Information Assurance/Cybersecurity requirements and certification processes; GCIA, CSA, and Cyber Resiliency; understanding of or having some working knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions
  • Security+ Certification
  • CISSP Certification
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
  • 4+ years of experience
  • DoD Secret clearance
