Overview
The Cyber Product Manager will serve as a key technical resource in Gallagher's Global Cyber and Information Security (GCIS) organization. This role will help to deliver game-changing cybersecurity solutions based on threat, data, and design thinking.
As a Cyber Product Manager supporting GCIS, you will be accountable for contributing to and delivering upon the strategic agenda for our core cyber products. In this role, you will drive product vision for our cyber products, services, and tools, and assist in translating that vision into delivery objectives. You will use your deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in cybersecurity to drive impactful improvements to our cyber capabilities. This role will work closely with other Information Security colleagues, IT & Infrastructure organization, and Business teams globally to provide security guidance and recommendations.
How you'll make an impact
- Partner with cyber domain leaders to identify and manage target state maturities for cyber capabilities and develop roadmaps for cybersecurity tools and services
- Lead efforts assigned to the office of the CISO, including metrics and scorecards, executive reporting, workshop facilitation, budget management, and FAIR risk assessment
- Assist with cyber training, awareness, and phishing simulations
- Provide support for other strategic cyber initiatives as needed
About You
Qualifications:
- Experience in product management, risk management, and/or cyber road mapping
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in the field of cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- One or more cyber certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated working experience in a regulated and globally distributed environment
- Knowledge and experience implementing security standards frameworks (NIST - CSF, ISO 27001, CSA CCM, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Insurance and risk management domain knowledge desirable
