Are you passionate about protecting organizations from ever-evolving cyber threats? We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and help clients strengthen their security posture manage risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
As a trusted advisor you’ll assess vulnerabilities design robust security architectures and implement effective controls to safeguard critical business assets. You’ll work closely with clients across industries bridging the gap between technical expertise and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess design and implement cybersecurity solutions tailored to client environments.
- Conduct risk assessments security audits and vulnerability analyses.
- Support clients in achieving compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST GDPR or CIS.
- Develop and maintain security policies incident response plans and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate cybersecurity into digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging threats technologies and best practices.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Consulting.
- Good understanding of network design and security principles including authentication authorization and common encryption protocols/standards.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting (SIOC)
- Data Security
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Infrastructure & Endpoint Security (IES)
- Security Strategy Risk & Compliance (SSRC)
- Strong knowledge of network security identity and access management cloud security and incident response fundamentals.
- Certifications such as CISSP CISM CEH CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are an advantage.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Java Python C/C++ Ruby Go/Golang Bash C#) as well as tools like SharePoint. Familiarity with software testing and test automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of common network security tools (vulnerability scanners network monitoring tools sniffers firewalls IDS/IPS anomaly detection encryption technologies).
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Swiss residency is a must.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); German is an asset.
