Cybersecurity Program Manager, Google Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 7 years of experience managing cybersecurity programs.
• 7 years of experience in people management.
  
• Eligible to obtain, or currently possess, and maintain an active US Government Top Secret security clearance.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and Privacy Regulations.
• Active US Government Top Secret security clearance.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers and key Google partners to deliver, design, build, and advise customers on the best way to transition to Google Cloud. You will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large-scale cloud transformations. This will involve supporting customers and internal teams from pre-sales through delivery and execution of Google Cloud and customer transformation programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
  
• Develop, manage, and implement cybersecurity governance policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks by planning and overseeing regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on cybersecurity risks and compliance.
