With deep roots in the region’s food community, we deliver high-quality, locally sourced, and time-sensitive fresh products to retail chains, restaurants, institutions, manufacturing and wholesale customers. We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and results-drivenFresh Dairy Distribution Marketing Managerto lead marketing initiatives across the Pacific Northwest that drive distribution growth and brand visibility within the fresh dairy segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the distribution network, promote product movement, and enhance market penetration for our fresh dairy products. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role ideal for someone who understands the complexity of fresh distribution and the value of strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Distribution Marketing Strategist Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies to support the distribution and sale of fresh dairy products across different regions and channels. • Brand Ambassador Prepare and present the face of the company for customers, vendors and community members. Deliver an exceptional online experience; coordinate and manage all necessary social media tools to deliver the company’s message and promote brand recognition. Develop partner engagement strategies to increase loyalty, brand alignment, and product movement. Create raving fans. • Marketing Futurist See the future direction of impactful marketing. Maximize current and evolving tools to gain market attention and market share. Bring AI into the fold. Be prepared to ride the tsunami of change. (bring your surfboard!) • Channel Development Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement channel-specific marketing initiatives (retail, foodservice, manufacturing, distributors) that increase product velocity and growth initiatives. Lead seasonal and regional campaigns to promote fresh dairy lines. Support producer-driven storytelling that connects consumers and buyers to the origin and quality of products. Foster strong relationships with distributors and vendor partners to ensure marketing alignment • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis, gather market insights, and work closely with the sales and logistics teams to optimize routes to market. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the B2B fresh dairy segment. • Brand Visibility Work with creative teams to develop POS materials, displays, and promotional tools tailored to the fresh dairy category. Support the rollout of new products into the fresh dairy distribution network through product education, launch materials, and visibility campaigns. • Sales Collaboration: Align closely with the sales team to monitor distribution KPIs, gather feedback from the field, and support account-specific marketing needs. Develop marketing materials, sales toolkits, and in-market support tailored to key customers. Support promotional planning, product launches, sampling initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.. • Campaign Management: Plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns (digital, local media, BTL) to increase product demand and improve sell-through. Develop tailored marketing initiatives to penetrate underserved distribution channels. • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets allocated for distribution support and measure ROI on key initiatives. • Market & Partner Engagement Organize distributor meetings, roadshows, and product knowledge sessions to enhance partner loyalty and product understanding. • Performance Tracking & ROI Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and consumer behavior in the Pacific Northwest. Track marketing performance using distribution KPIs, campaign ROI, and partner feedback. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new market segments. Track marketing effectiveness using account-level KPIs such as velocity, uptake of marketing materials, campaign participation, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and field observations.
